To help clients make informed international healthcare decisions by connecting them with independent healthcare providers and coordinating the non-clinical details surrounding consultations, communication, travel, and follow-up.
What We Do
- Review general client goals and coordination needs.
- Coordinate introductions and consultations with independent healthcare providers.
- Help organize questions, provider-supplied information, estimates, and scheduling.
- Guide and facilitate approved medical-record transfer when a provider requests records.
- Provide bilingual non-clinical communication support.
- Coordinate travel planning, lodging, local transportation, companion needs, and other logistics.
- Support non-clinical follow-up communication throughout the medical-travel journey.

With over 33 years of healthcare experience, Scott has worked extensively in patient care, Emergency medicine, ophthalmology, healthcare operations, and patient advocacy. His experience helps guide AMC’s commitment to patient education, provider relationships, and quality healthcare access.
Working over 20 years in Colombia in Radiology and Pharmaceuticals Beatriz specializes in provider relations, patient coordination, and bilingual communication. Her understanding of both U.S. and Latin American cultures helps create seamless experiences for patients and providers alike.
